Cyrus Cozart
Cyrus is our Lead Builder and Business Manager. Coming from a long family history of residential builders, he brings “the knack” to the table. To learn every aspect of the residential business, he spent intentional hands-on time in framing, roofing, trim carpentry and remodeling. In addition, he spent time in material sales, construction estimating, and real estate sales. For many years he operated under his own Cy Cozart Companies residential remodeling company. He has demonstrated construction expertise and business skills.
Diane Cozart
Diane brings a natural bent for design and making things beautiful. In conjunction with Cyrus’ building skills, Diane has guided many clients through the process of selecting just the right products to produce “the wow factor”. Her thoughtful mindset, experience and network of professionals are a perfect combination to help clients move from feeling overwhelmed... to delighted!
